The Company agrees that the Placement Agent shall, on from and after the Closing Dateany Closing, have the right to reference the Placement and the Placement Agent’s role in connection therewith in the Placement Agent’s marketing materials and on its website and to place advertisements in financial and other newspapers and journals, in each case at its own expense, but only if the Company agrees in writing to the content of each disclosure.

The Company agrees that that, after the Company’s public announcement of the Placement, the Placement Agent shall, on and after the Closing Date, have the right to reference the Placement and the Placement Agent’s role in connection therewith in the Placement Agent’s marketing materials and on its website and to place advertisements in financial and other newspapers and journals, in each case at its own expense.

The Company agrees that the Placement Agent shall, on and after the Closing Date, at Placement Agent’s sole expense, have the right to reference the Placement and the Placement Agent’s role in connection therewith in the Placement Agent’s marketing materials and on its website and to place advertisements in financial and other newspapers and journals, in each case at its own expense.

PRESS ANNOUNCEMENTS. The Company agrees that the Placement Agent shall, on and after the Closing Date, have the right to reference the Placement and the Placement Agent’s 's role in connection therewith in the Placement Agent’s 's marketing materials and on its website and to place advertisements in financial and other newspapers and journals, in each case at its own expense.

PRESS ANNOUNCEMENTS. The Company agrees that the Placement Agent shall, on and after the Closing Date, have the right to reference the Placement and the Placement Agent’s role in connection therewith in the Placement Agent’s marketing materials and on its website and to place advertisements in financial and other newspapers and journals, in each case at its own expense; provided, however, that any such reference shall comply with applicable provisions of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the rules thereunder.

The Company agrees that that, with the Company’s prior written consent, the Placement Agent shall, on from and after the Closing Dateany Closing, have the right to reference the Placement and the Placement Agent’s role in connection therewith in the Placement Agent’s ’ marketing materials and on its website and to place advertisements in financial and other newspapers and journals, in each case at its own expense.

PRESS ANNOUNCEMENTS. The Company agrees that the Placement Agent shall, on and after the Closing Date, have the right to reference the Placement and the Placement Agent’s role in connection therewith in the Placement Agent’s marketing materials and on its website their websites and to place advertisements in financial and other newspapers and journals, in each case at its their own expenseexpense and in compliance with applicable securities laws.

PRESS ANNOUNCEMENTS. The Company agrees that the Placement Agent shall, provided the Offering is completed, on and after the Closing Date, have the right to reference the Placement Offering and the Placement Agent’s role in connection therewith in the Placement Agent’s marketing materials and on its website and to place advertisements in financial and other newspapers and journals, in each case at its own expense, in each case, to the extent permitted by applicable securities laws.
