Press Release and Shareholders' Communications. On the date of Closing, or as soon thereafter as practicable, CVI and the Shareholders shall cause to have promptly prepared and disseminated a news release concerning the execution and consummation of the Plan, such press release and communication to be released promptly and within the time required by the laws, rules and regulations as promulgated by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, and concomitant therewith to cause to be prepared a full and complete letter to Chaos' shareholders which shall contain information required by Regulation 240.14f-1 as promulgated under Section 14(f) as mandated under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
