Common use of Press Releases and Communications Clause in Contracts

Press Releases and Communications. No press release or public announcement related to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated herein shall be issued or made without the approval of the Buyer and the Shareholders’ Representative, unless required by law or stock exchange rule (in the opinion of legal counsel) in which case the Buyer and the Shareholders’ Representative shall have the right to review such press release or announcement prior to publication.

Press Releases and Communications. No press release or public announcement related to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated herein herein, or before the Closing any other announcement or communication to the employees, customers or suppliers of the Company, shall be issued or made without the joint approval of the Buyer Purchaser and the Shareholders’ RepresentativeStockholders, unless required by law or stock exchange rule Law (in the reasonable opinion of legal counsel) in which case the Buyer Purchaser and the Shareholders’ Representative Stockholders shall have the right to review and comment on such press release or announcement prior to before publication.
