Common use of Press Releases and Other Communications Clause in Contracts

Press Releases and Other Communications. Prior to the time of purchase or any additional time of purchase, as the case may be, not to issue any press release or other communication directly or indirectly and not to hold any press conferences with respect to the Partnership, the General Partner or any Partnership Entity, the financial condition, results of operations, business, properties, assets, or liabilities of any of the Partnership Entities or the Offering, without the Underwriters’ prior consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, except for press releases issued in compliance with Rule 134 of the Securities Act.
