PRESS RELEASES AND OTHER PUBLIC DISSEMINATION OF CONTRACT INFORMATION. Press releases through print, broadcast or other media concerning the award, performance, results or conclusions from the work under this Contract shall not be made or otherwise distributed to the public without prior written consent by BSA. Any material proposed to be released shall be submitted to the BSA Contractual Representative no later than two weeks prior to the intended press release.
