Common use of Press Releases and Related Matters Clause in Contracts

Press Releases and Related Matters. The Credit Parties and their Affiliates agree that they will not in the future issue any press releases or other public disclosure using the name of Administrative Agent or any Lender or their respective Affiliates or referring to this Agreement or any of the Credit Documents without the prior written consent of such Person, unless (and only to the extent that) a Credit Party or such Affiliate is required to do so under law and then, in any event, the Credit Parties or such Affiliate will to the extent practicable consult with such Person before issuing such press release or other public disclosure, provided, that no consultation shall be required in connection with disclosures in a periodic or other report filed with or furnished to the SEC. The Credit Parties consent to the publication by Administrative Agent or any Lender of customary advertising material relating to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Credit Documents using the name, product photographs, logo or trademark of the Credit Parties.
