Common use of Press Releases and Related Matters Clause in Contracts

Press Releases and Related Matters. Each Loan Party consents to the publication by the Administrative Agent of customary trade advertising material in tombstone format relating to the financing transactions contemplated by this Agreement using any Loan Party’s name, and with the consent of the Lead Borrower, logo or trademark. The Administrative Agent shall provide a draft reasonably in advance of any advertising material to the Lead Borrower for review and comment prior to the publication thereof. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders reserve the right to provide to industry trade organizations information necessary and customary for inclusion in league table measurements.
