Common use of Press Releases, Etc Clause in Contracts

Any press release issued by any party hereto or any member of the Group in relation to this Agreement shall be approved in advance in writing by the each Party to this Agreement, whose consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. No other announcement regarding any of the terms set out in this Agreement in a press release, conference, advertisement, announcement, professional or trade publication, mass marketing materials or otherwise to the general public may be made without the prior written consent of each Party to this Agreement, whose consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
