Except as permitted by Section 9(b) above, Supplier will not issue any press release, advertising, publicity or public statement or in any way engage in any other form of public disclosure that indicates Tesla’s relationship with Supplier or implies any endorsement by Tesla of Supplier or Supplier’s products or services, without the prior written approval of Tesla.
