Presumed Acceptance by Unimpaired Classes. Class 1 (Other Priority Claims), Class 2 (Other Secured Claims) and Class 6 (General Unsecured Claims) are Unimpaired by this Plan. Pursuant to section 1126(f) of the Bankruptcy Code, the Holders in such Classes are conclusively presumed to have accepted this Plan and therefore shall not be entitled to vote to accept or reject this Plan.
