Common use of Presumption of Authorization Clause in Contracts

Presumption of Authorization. Every Transaction indicated or referred to in any notice, statement, confirmation or other communication and every statement of Account shall be deemed and treated as authorized and correct and as ratified and confirmed by Client unless CIF shall receive from Client written notice to the contrary within five (5) days after the date after such notice, statement, confirmation or other communication is deemed to have been received by Client.
