Presumption of receipt of documents. (a) A document delivered at the address of the addressee shall be deemed as having been received at the time of delivery. (b) A document sent to a party in Israel by registered mail shall be deemed as having been received three (3) Business Days after dispatch. (c) A document sent by facsimile shall be deemed as having been received upon receipt of the transmission thereof, and the facsimile printout shall serve as evidence thereof. (d) Nothing in this Article 5 shall be construed as limiting the authority of the arbitrator(s) to arrive at an arrangement, with the parties, whereby documents are filed and otherwise transmitted by e-mail.
