Presumptions. Liability. The capacity as holder of Warrants is presumed by the entries made in the accounts opened in Register of Warrants. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the holders of Warrants shall be entitled to cause the Registrar to deliver to them, at their expense and at any time, an ownership certificate containing the information entered in the Register of Warrants. The Company shall in all cases be liable vis-à-vis the Manager and his successors for any mistakes and irregularities in the accounts, notwithstanding the Registrar’s liability therefor.
