PREVAILING LAWS. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof.
PREVAILING LAWS. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania applicable to contracts made, and to be enforced, within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
