Prevailing Party in Dispute. In the event of a dispute between the Parties, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees incurred in connection with enforcing the terms of this AgreementAgreement or preventing misuse of the Home Trademark. A “prevailing party” shall mean a Party who receives all or substantially all of the relief sought by such Party in an adjudication of its claims arising out of or related to this Agreement before a court of law or other agreed upon tribunal.
