Client shall only request Reports for one-time use.Client agrees to take appropriate measures so as to protect against the misuse and/or unauthorized access of Reports. Client agrees that Identify Checkmay temporarily suspend Client’s access pending an investigation of Client’s use or access.Client agrees to cooperate fully with any and all investigations.If any misuse or unauthorized access is found, Identify Checkmay immediately terminate this Agreement.
