Preventative Measures for Infectious Diseases. The Employer shall implement appropriate preventative measures for those Employees in contact with known infectious diseases where medically necessary. The Employer will ensure that adequate stocks of appropriate personal protective equipment are available to Employees at short notice in the event there are reasonable indications of the emergence of a pandemic.
