Common use of Preventing Access Clause in Contracts

Preventing Access. The Client acknowledges that Alerts may contain information about the Client’s Account(s). Accordingly, anyone with access to the Authorized Contact’s email may be able to view the contents of the Alerts. It is the responsibility of the Client to take appropriate steps to prevent access to this information by unauthorized persons. In the event that an Authorized Contact’s access is temporarily disabled, such Authorized Contact will continue to receive Alerts until their delegation authority is deleted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
