PREVENTING CANCELLATION. The Landlord, its employees, or agents, may at any time enter upon the Premises to remove any article or remedy any condition which, in the opinion of the Landlord reasonable arrived at, would be likely to lead to cancellation of any policy of insurance. Such entry by the Landlord will not be deemed to be a re-entry nor a trespass.
