Common use of Previous Acquisitions Clause in Contracts

All previous acquisitions completed by the Corporation or any of the Subsidiaries of any securities, business or assets of any other entity have been fully and properly disclosed in the Public Disclosure Documents, to the extent required by Securities Laws, were completed in compliance in all material respects with all applicable corporate and securities laws and all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, consents, authorizations, registrations, and filings required in connection therewith were obtained or made, as applicable, and complied with in all material respects.
