Common use of PREVIOUS AWARDS AND AGREEMENTS SUPERSEDED Clause in Contracts

PREVIOUS AWARDS AND AGREEMENTS SUPERSEDED. Once this agreement has been lodged with the Office of the Employment Advocate it will supersede all previous arrangements and its conditions unless specifically stated to the contrary will prevail over the Pastrycooks (Victoria) Award 1999 (“the Award”) or any other award of the AIRC. As provided for under the Act this collective agreement will not prevail over any current Australian Workplace Agreement.
