Previous Dedication Agreements. Any previous dedication of Crude Oil executed prior to the Effective Date requiring the delivery of Crude Oil to a third party, with all ▇▇▇▇▇ related thereto identified as Excluded ▇▇▇▇▇ on Exhibit D (and as Exhibit D may be amended from time to time).
