Previous Employment Agreement. The Employment Agreement dated June 16, 1995 between Employee and Corporation (the "Previous Employment Agreement") shall terminate upon effectiveness of this Agreement.
Previous Employment Agreement. The Company and Employee have previously entered into that Employment Agreement dated effective February 1, 2008 (the “Previous Employment Agreement”), pursuant to which Employee was employed as Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer of the Company for a term of two years. The Company and Employee now desire to terminate the Previous Employment Agreement, and to replace it with this Agreement.
Previous Employment Agreement. The parties hereby terminate Xx. Xxxxx'x employment contract dated January 13, 1998 with effect to the commencement of this Contract.
Previous Employment Agreement. Fraser was formerly an Executive Vice President of G&A, pursuant to an Employment Agreement dated as of October 5, 1999 (the "Former Agreement"), which Former Agreement entitled Fraser to certain termination of employment payments under section 10 thereof. In consideration of this Agreement, Fraser hereby waives all rights to notice of termination and all rights to termination payments of any kind whatsoever, whether at law, statutory or otherwise, upon termination of his employment with G&A, including without limitation all payments at law, statutory or otherwise, and including without limitation all amounts under the Former Agreement.
Previous Employment Agreement. This Agreement supercedes all existing agreements regarding employment and severance with Umpqua, the Bank, VRB Bancorp or Valley of the Rogue Bank, including but not limited to that certain Employment Agreement dated January 10, 1996, by and between Executive and Valley of the Rogue Bank; provided however, terms relating to Employee's stock options that are set forth in existing agreements remain in effect except as may be affected by the terms of the Plan of Merger.
Previous Employment Agreement. The Company and Executive hereby agree that the Previous Employment Agreement is superceded by this Agreement in its entirety, and that none of the provisions of article 5 of the Previous Employment Agreement regarding termination shall be given any effect. The Company and the Executive hereby represent to each other that they are not aware of any defaults under the Previous Employment Agreement.
Previous Employment Agreement. The Parties hereby agree that the Employment Agreement between the Company and T. Xxxxxx dated May 1, 2015 was for a period of two (2) years and expired as of May 1, 2017.
Previous Employment Agreement. This Agreement supersedes and replaces that certain Employment Agreement, dated November 30, 1995, between the Company and Executive.
Previous Employment Agreement. Upon execution of this Restated Agreement by the Company and the Executive, the Previous Employment Agreement currently in effect between the Company and the Executive shall immediately terminate, and neither party shall have any continuing obligations to the other under the Previous Employment Agreement.
Previous Employment Agreement. This Agreement amends in toto and replaces that certain Employment Agreement ("Employment Agreement") dated April 14, 1997 between the parties hereto which Employment Agreement, save as hereafter provided, is void and of no further force or effect. Provided, however, the stock options granted to Mink pursuant to the Employment Agreement shall continue to be governed by the terms of paragraph 4 thereof as modified by paragraph 5 hereof.
