PRICE ADJUSTMENTS FOR SERVICES. The prices for the Services are subject to change by StoresOnline at any time, and shall become effective ninety (90) days after the date of written notification of such change to Reseller, provided, however, that StoresOnline shall not increase the Monthly Base Wholesale Price more than ten percent (10%) per annum during any applicable term of this Agreement.
