Common use of Price Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Price Adjustments. Prices shown in this Contract shall remain firm for the first twelve (12) months of the Contract. After that, in recognition of the potential for fluctuation of the Contractor’s cost, a price adjustment (increase or decrease) may be requested by either the City or the Contractor on the anniversary date of the Contract or as may otherwise be specified herein.
