Price and Distribution Rate Errors. a. In the event adjustments are required to correct any error in the computation of the net asset value or public offering price of a Fund's shares or in the distribution rate for a Fund's shares, Fund Company shall notify Schwab upon discovering the need for such adjustments. Notification can be made orally, but must be confirmed in writing.
