PRICE CEILING. Although Contractor may offer lower prices to Purchasers, during the term of this Master Contract, Contractor guarantees to provide the Goods/Services at no greater than the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Goods/Services (subject to economic adjustment as set forth herein).
PRICE CEILING. Although Contractor may offer lower prices, including volume discounts, to Purchasing Entity, during the term of this Cooperative Purchasing Master Agreement, Contractor guarantees to provide the Goods/Services at no greater than the prices set forth approved and posted on the NASPO ValuePoint website.
PRICE CEILING. Although Contractor may offer lower prices to Purchasers, during the term of this Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, Contractor guarantees to provide the Goods at the agreed upon discount percentage off catalog pricing in Exhibit A – Included Goods and Discounts for the term of the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement.
PRICE CEILING. Although Contractor may offer lower prices to Purchasers, during the term of this Contract, Contractor guarantees to provide the Goods and/or Services at no greater than the prices set forth in Exhibit A – Price List (subject to economic price adjustment as set forth herein). The listed prices in Exhibit A must be a not-exceed-price, regardless of the order size. There shall be a Twenty-Five Dollar ($25.00) minimum order value. Contractor will clearly detail any applicable minimum order requirements prior to any order being placed. Contractor may charge an additional delivery fee for orders that do not meet the minimum requirement of $25.00 per order; provided, however, that such additional delivery fee shall not exceed $5.99 per order. Contractors cannot impose any other kind of minimum order quantity or charge any other fees on orders not meeting a certain order quantity.
PRICE CEILING. Although Contractor may offer lower prices to Purchasers, during the term of this Master Contract, Contractor guarantees to provide the Goods/Services at no greater than the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices. Contract pricing (labor rates) covered by Washington state law for prevailing wage, expressed as percentage markup over the prevailing wage in applicable labor classifications, may not be adjusted. Contract pricing for materials, expressed as a percentage markup over supplier invoice, may not be adjusted.
PRICE CEILING. Although Contractor may offer lower prices to WSAC, during the term of this Contract, Contractor guarantees to provide the Services at no greater than the prices set forth in Exhibit B - Prices for Services.
PRICE CEILING. Although Contractor may offer lower prices to Purchasers, during the term of this Contract, Contractor guarantees to provide the Ammunition at no greater than the prices set forth in Exhibit A – Included Ammunition and Prices (subject to economic adjustment as set forth herein).
PRICE CEILING. Although Contractor may offer lower prices to Purchasers, during the term of this Master Contract, Contractor guarantees to provide the Goods/Services at no greater than the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Translation Services Written Word (subject to economic adjustment as set forth herein).
PRICE CEILING. Although Contractor may offer lower prices to Purchasers, during the term of this Master Contract, Contractor guarantees to provide the Office Relocation Services at no greater than the prices set forth in Exhibit A – Prices (subject to economic adjustment as set forth herein).
PRICE CEILING. Although Contractor may offer lower prices to Purchasers, during the term of this Master Contract, Contractor guarantees to provide the Goods/Services at no greater than the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices (subject to economic adjustment as set forth herein). Master Contract Information. Enterprise Services shall maintain and provide to eligible Purchasers information regarding this Master Contract, including scope, pricing, and lowest responsive, responsible bidder designation. In addition, Enterprise Services identifies awarded contractors who qualify as Washington Small Businesses, Certified Veteran-Owned Businesses, or that, pursuant to the Master Contract provide Goods/Services that meet specified state procurement priorities as set forth in the Competitive Solicitation.
