Common use of PRICE CEILING Clause in Contracts

PRICE CEILING. Although Contractor may offer lower prices to Purchasers, during the term of this Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, Contractor guarantees to provide the Goods at the agreed upon discount percentage off catalog pricing in Exhibit A – Included Goods and Discounts for the term of the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement.

PRICE CEILING. Although Contractor may offer lower prices prices, including volume discounts, to PurchasersPurchasing Entities, during the term of this Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, Contractor guarantees to provide the Goods and/or Services at no greater than the agreed upon discount percentage off catalog pricing prices set forth in Exhibit A B – Included Goods and/or Services and Discounts for the term of the Cooperative Purchasing AgreementPricing (subject to adjustment as set forth above).
