Price Discrepancies. If Vendor receives a Purchase Order from Purchaser with incorrect cost or terms, Vendor shall immediately contact Purchaser to resolve issues prior to shipment. Failure to resolve price or payment terms discrepancies prior to shipment will constitute acceptance of the Purchase Order and Purchaser shall have no obligation or liability for a higher price or less favorable terms. Purchaser will pay the lower of invoiced or Purchase Order price.
