To the Borrower's knowledge, the cost of each item of Equipment does not exceed the fair and usual price for such type of equipment purchased in like quantity and reflects all discounts, rebates and allowances for the Equipment (including, without limitation, discounts for advertising, prompt payment, testing, or other services) given to the Borrower by the manufacturer, supplier, or any other person.
