Common use of Price of Shares Clause in Contracts

Price of Shares. a. Shares offered for sale or sold by the Distributor for the account of the Corporation shall be so offered or sold at a price per Share determined in accordance with the then current prospectus relating to the sale of such Shares except as departure from such prices shall be permitted by the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). b. The price the Corporation shall receive for all Shares purchased from the Corporation shall be the net asset value used in determining the public offering price applicable to the sale of each Fund's Shares. The excess, if any, of the sales price over the net asset value of the Shares sold by the Distributor as agent for the account of the Corporation shall be retained by the Distributor as a commission for its services hereunder.
