Common use of Price of the Goods Clause in Contracts

Price of the Goods. The prices of the goods offered by the companies in the based contracts will include all the expenses related to the delivery of the goods, with the exception of the transport and the customs expenses. Offers expressed in euros and dollars will be accepted, taking as a reference to estimate the award price the official exchange rate of the Bank of Spain on the day that each contract is awarded. This price will be an estimate, since the exchange rate actually applied will be the one used by the bank when making the payment.
