Astute Data Systems will be shown on your bank statement for these direct debit payments. 3.5 There is no refund policy. 3.6 If the Direct Debit Instruction Form is not received duly signed and completed within the first month of usage, we reserve the right to suspend your account until receipt of the form. For outside the UK, a credit/debit card payment can be made monthly and will incur a 2% administration charge.
