PRICE & PAYMENT. Buyer will pay to Seller the price for the product or service as contained on the face of this purchase order. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing between the parties, Buyer will make all payments sixty (60) days from the date of ▇▇▇▇▇’s receipt of Seller’s correct invoice. Products and services are sold subject to Buyer’s inspection notwithstanding payment of invoices or early payment to obtain cash discount does not constitute acceptance of products or services furnished.
