Price Property. Contractor agrees that, upon termination of this Agreement for any reason or cause whatsoever, Contractor will immediately deliver and return to Price all of Price’ property including, without limitation, all lists of customers, vendors, samples, price lists, forms, handbooks, printouts, surveys, and other materials and property belonging to Price, whether issued to Contractor, loaned to customers or prospects by Price or otherwise.
