Price Quotations. Unless otherwise specified, all prices quoted reflect a discount for a cash payment (i.e., check, wire transfer) made by Customer in full within the terms of each invoice. Payment in other forms, including credit card, p-card, or other non-cash payments shall be subject to a convenience above the cash price. Please speak to your AVI representative if you have any questions in this regard.

Price Quotations. All prices quoted are for the Customers information only. Prices for Products and Services sold by Integritie will be those as stated in this Agreement. Receipt by the Customer of a Purchase Order automatically confirms your acceptance to this Integritie agreement. Prices will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All prices quoted are exclusive of local country taxes.

Price Quotations. 4.1 All price quotations expire fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of the quote unless sooner withdrawn by Seller. Prices of Goods scheduled for shipment more than twelve (12) months after the date of an Order shall be subject to escalation. 4.2 Unless otherwise stated, price quotations do not include cost of packing, crating, loading, storage, transportation, insurance and shipping.

Price Quotations. As a rule, the cost of our services is based on the number of words in the source language document. Each project will be quoted based on the services contracted:

Price Quotations. Price quotations always state the net price and always rely on information previously communicated. The prices quoted and the quantities are based on data and information provided by the Client to Orac. If particular details which are provided by the Client and which are important for the setting of the price and quantities, do not appear to be realistic, Orac is entitled i) to make an appropriate amendment to the agreed prices and quantities or, at its option, ii) to cancel the agreement at the expense of the Client if the implementation of the modified order appears to be impossible. Unless otherwise agreed expressly and in writing, price quotations shall be valid for a period of one month from the date when they are notified, after which they shall expire automatically and irrevocably. If all or part of the costs that influence the price rise due to circumstances beyond the control of Orac, then Orac is entitled, by means of a simple notification, to charge the Client a proportionate price increase.

Price Quotations. SPDR prices are quoted in dollars in decimal format.

Price Quotations. All prices quoted will remain valid only if a Customer's purchase order (including any change orders) is issued within 60 days of the date on which the final quotation was submitted to Customer. Prices do not include installation, set-up, training, technical support, or maintenance fees unless specifically stated in this Agreement. All prices are quoted FOB San Diego, as applicable, and are exclusive of all federal, state, provincial and local taxes imposed on the sale, delivery or use of any of the Services to be performed by DAOU under this Agreement and of any freight, insurance or other transportation related costs, all of which will be paid by Customer in addition to the contract price. The Company reserves the right to revise its prices in connection with its adoption of a new price schedule or modification of existing schedules that are generally applicable to the Services. Such revised prices will be applicable to all Services performed on and after the effective date of the price change.
