Common use of Prices charged by the Supplier Clause in Contracts

Prices charged by the Supplier. for the Goods supplied and the Related Services performed under the Contract shall not vary from the prices quoted by the Supplier in its Tender, with the exception 15.2 Where the contract price is different from the corrected tender price, in order to ensure the supplier is not paid less or more relative to the contract price (which would be the tender price), any partial payment valuation based on rates in the schedule of prices in the Tender, will be adjusted by a plus or minus percentage. The percentage already worked out during tender evaluation is worked out as follows: (corrected tender price – tender price)/tender price X 100.
