Prices do not include GST. The price for each Supply, including Rent, fixed or determined under this Document does not include GST on that Supply and the Lessee must pay the amount of GST in addition to the price for that Supply fixed or determined under this Document.
Prices do not include GST. All prices or other amounts fixed or determined under, or referred to in this Agreement are exclusive of GST, except where expressly provided to the contrary in a particular provision of this Agreement.
