PRICING/AUDIT The Contractor shall establish and maintain a reasonable accounting system, which enables ready identification of Contractor’s cost of goods and use of funds. Such accounting system shall also include adequate records and documents to justify all prices for all items invoiced as well as all charges, expenses and costs incurred in providing the goods for at least five (5) years after completion of this contract. The County or its designee shall have access to such books, records, subcontract(s), financial operations, and documents of the Contractor or its subcontractors, as required to comply with this section for the purpose of inspection or audit anytime during normal business hours at the Contractor's place of business. This right to audit shall include the Contractor’s subcontractors used to procure goods under the contract with the County. Contractor shall ensure the County has these same rights with subcontractors and suppliers.
ELECTRICITY INFORMATION EXCHANGE PROTOCOLS 31.1 Protocols for exchanging information: The Distributor and the Trader must, when exchanging information to which an EIEP listed in Schedule 3 relates, comply with that EIEP.
PRICING CONDITIONS County agrees to pay Contractor for all services required herein as prescribed, fixed at the submitted pricing, which shall include reimbursement for all expenses incurred. No other expenses shall be paid to Contractor without formal approval of the County’s Board of Supervisors or its authorized agent. PRICING STRUCTURES Licenses and Support Services for the Licensed Programs to which this OST applies are granted according to the pricing structures mentioned in the related Transaction Document. Standard pricing structures are defined in the section “DEFINITIONS” of this OST, even though those pricing structures may not be applicable to the DS Offerings to which this OST applies. Other pricing structures may be made available on a case-by-case basis.
Measuring DNS parameters Every minute, every DNS probe will make an UDP or TCP “DNS test” to each of the public-‐DNS registered “IP addresses” of the name servers of the domain name being monitored. If a “DNS test” result is undefined/unanswered, the tested IP will be considered unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.
EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 1. In this agreement, extra-curricular programs and activities include all those that are beyond the provincially prescribed and locally determined curricula of the school.

Co-Curricular Activities G. The enrollment of the student of employees who reside outside the District shall be subject to School Board Policy 3.02(3)f, Out-of-County Students.
