Pricing and Assortment Sample Clauses

Pricing and Assortment. The Company shall, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to, comply with (i) the Dufry Group’s pricing and assortment strategies and initiatives in respect of the Dufry Group’s (including the Company Group’s) duty-free business and (ii) the Dufry Group’s directives on pricing and assortment in respect of the Company Group’s duty-paid business.
