Pricing for these services are often subject to the rules established by the general contract for the project or are pre-negotiated with Sourcewell member prior to project start. * Ancillary services such as those described above will be negotiated on a per project basis. Xxxxxxx Sports Surfaces will facilitate the inclusion of these items in the overall installation contract and work with the Authorized Xxxxxxx Dealer to make sure the Sourcewell member is receiving a competitive and equitable price for ancillary services. 61 Identify any element of the total cost of acquisition that is NOT included in the pricing submitted with your response. This includes all additional charges associated with a purchase that are not directly identified as freight or shipping charges. For example, list costs for items like pre- delivery inspection, installation, set up, mandatory training, or initial inspection. When a customer quote is generated, it goes through multiple internal channels, starting with the sales representative, then the estimator, and then moving to the accounting department. Compliance and pricing are therefore at least triple checked on each order. Greenfields already implements a self-audit process to verify internal processes and sales tracking. Our accounting system already has such tracking in place, in which we prepare reports and track sales by their origin/source. An accounting manager will prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for the Sourcewell tracking code. This report is verified and validated by the Accounting Department first. We double check and compare all PO's and Salesforce tracking against the report. After the report is validated by Accounting Dept, it is submitted to Greenfields' CEO and upper management for final approval. All wood products may be available SANY America allows its dealership network the leeway to provide additional discounts to their customers at quantity their discretion. Typically these additional discounts are based on project size volume or product. Many of our wood products are offered at seasonal discount due to seasonal overstock. Size of discount varies in relation to inventories and market conditionsrepeat business. * 60 Propose a method of facilitating “sourced” products or related services, which may be referred to as “open market” items or “nonstandard options”. For example, you may supply such items “at cost” or “at cost plus a percentage,” or you may supply a quote for each such request. Sourced products "Sourced" or related services "Open Market" items may be purchased through our dealership network. Prices for these items are provided on negotiated between the customer and the SANY dealership and reflect market value at the time of quotation. These items are typically priced with a project by project basis by either Xxxxxxx Inc. or the Authorized Xxxxxxx dealers"cost plus percentage" model. Sourced products or services Dealerships are generally required to ensure provide copies of all purchase orders and invoices for "Sourced" or "Open Market" items when submitting required documentation to SANY America. All documentation shall include the quality installation of customer member number in accordance with our internal auditing process. These items are independently contracted between the sports floor system. Examples of this service may include concrete correction or moisture mitigation. The necessity of such services is dictated by the conditions of the project. Pricing for these services is offered at a competitive bid price per the request of the dealership and Sourcewell member or necessity of the service. Pricing for these services and are often not subject to the rules established by the general proposed contract for the project fee or are pre-negotiated with Sourcewell member prior to project startquarterly reporting process. * Ancillary services such as those described above will be negotiated on a per project basis. Xxxxxxx Sports Surfaces will facilitate the inclusion of these items in the overall installation contract and work with the Authorized Xxxxxxx Dealer to make sure the Sourcewell member is receiving a competitive and equitable price for ancillary services. 61 Identify any element of the total cost of acquisition that is NOT included in the pricing submitted with your response. This includes all additional charges associated with a purchase that are not directly identified as freight or shipping charges. For example, list costs for items like pre- delivery inspection, installation, set up, mandatory training, or initial inspection. Identify any parties that impose such costs and their relationship to the Proposer. All potential costs Predelivery Inspection (PDI) and "Final Assembly" are not included in the pricing submitted with Xxxxxxx' the response. Standard PDI typically ranges from 1-2% of the machine price on the dealership quote to the member. At times, Xxxxxxx is providing turn-key ceiling pricing that includes materials some machines may require final assembly requirements above and installationbeyond the standard PDI process. Project The quoting SANY dealership may include any "Final Assembly" costs broken out separately on the final quote to the customer. Both PDI and construction requirements, expected and unexpected, may sometimes dictate Final Assembly are not subject to the addition of some services or products at a negotiated price with owner. As is standard industry practice, Sourcewell members must dictate a requirement for performance bonds prior to requesting project pricing from Authorized Xxxxxxx dealercontract discounts offered. * 62 If freight, delivery, or shipping is an additional cost to the Sourcewell participating entity, describe in detail the complete freight, shipping, and delivery program. Freight The SANY America dealership network has the option to utilize either the SANY America corporate contracted carrier to ship machines from the US factory/port or to "will call" their machines to be picked up and transported by an independent carrier of their choice. Once the machine arrives at the dealership and is FOB factorymade ready to deliver, this is standard in the industry delivering dealer, at the customer's discretion, may make the machine available for pick up or schedule transport to the end customer's final requested delivery location. Final freight costs are negotiated between the delivering dealer and necessary due to potential freight complexity. Every project installation performed for an Sourcewell member is custom depending and are indicated clearly as a separate line item on the size of the project, product chosen and installation complexities. As a result, freight cost varies from project to project. The Authorized Xxxxxxx dealer will facilitate all freight costs for the Sourcewell member. Freight is an additional line item cost included in the contract offering to the Sourcewell member. Xxxxxxx issues a per project freight final quote to the dealer based on project location and shipping requirements. Xxxxxxx maintains freight contracts with specific vendors in order to offer the most competitive freight cost to Sourcewell membercustomer. * 63 Specifically describe freight, shipping, and delivery terms or programs available for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or any offshore delivery. Xxxxxxx is well versed in making shipments The freight process for end destinations outside the Continental United States follows the same process as above. SANY America and its dealership network may need to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and International Markets. Other than additional cost and transit time, utilize untraditional shipping methods such shipments are a standard practice at Xxxxxxxas ocean barges or steamships to forward machines to their end destination which may affect final delivery timeframes. * 64 Describe any unique distribution and/or delivery methods or options offered in your proposal.
