Pricing and Purchase Orders Clause Samples

The "Pricing and Purchase Orders" clause defines how prices for goods or services are established and the procedures for placing and processing purchase orders under the agreement. Typically, it outlines whether prices are fixed, subject to change, or based on a schedule, and details the steps required for a buyer to submit an order, such as required information, approval processes, and timelines. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the commercial terms and the ordering process, reducing the risk of disputes over pricing or order fulfillment.
