Common use of Pricing Certificates Clause in Contracts

Pricing Certificates. On or after the third anniversary of the Initial Borrowing Date, a certificate setting forth the credit rating on Lessee's obligations under the Pass Through Trust Documents, (a) together with each delivery of financial statements of Lessee pursuant to subdivisions (2) and (3) above, (b) within one Business Day after any public release by S&P or Moodx'x xxxering its credit rating on Lessee's obligations under the Pass Through Trust Documents and (c) at such additional times as Lessee may elect;
