Pricing Error Clause Samples
A Pricing Error clause defines how mistakes in the stated price of goods or services are handled in a contract. Typically, it allows the seller to correct errors in pricing that may have occurred due to typographical mistakes, system glitches, or miscommunications, even after an order has been placed. This clause ensures that both parties are aware of the process for addressing such errors, protecting the seller from being bound to unintended prices and maintaining fairness in the transaction.
