Pricing for Additional Services Clause Samples

The "Pricing for Additional Services" clause defines how costs will be determined for services that fall outside the original scope of an agreement. Pricing for Additional Services. (a) From time to time we may offer and you may request Additional Services, which are not included in your Home Care package; for example allied health services, home maintenance, aids or equipment. (b) We will provide any Additional Services we agree to provide on a fee for servicebasis as set out in Annexure A to this Agreement or as otherwise agreed with you. (c) If we provide food required to make meals or source meals at your request (rather than providing assistance with preparation of meals), we will also be entitled to reimbursement for the costs of the food together with a reasonable charge for any travel and the cost of obtaining the food. (d) The charges for Additional Services are subject to change and we will notify you in writing of any applicable changes.

Pricing for Additional Services. In the event that TTL exercises its right to order Additional Services under this Schedule 33: 2.1 the pricing set out in Annex G (Principles to Apply to the Pricing of Changes to this Agreement) to Schedule 9 (Change Control Request Procedure) shall be used as the basis for calculating the additional development costs due to the Service Provider for the provision of those Additional Services agreed in accordance with the Change Control Request Procedure; and 2.2 transaction, Docking Station implementation and system provision costs shall be based upon the appropriate tables set out in Schedule7 (Charging).

Pricing for Additional Services. E Source does not have unit prices for our additional services as the level of effort and scope of each differs from client to client. We are happy to provide pricing for any additional services not included in the above fee that may be of interest to the City upon request.
