Pricing Sheet. The Parties agree to add the Transit Traffic Service Rate(s) reflected in the AT&T Pricing Sheet that is attached hereto as Transit Traffic Service Pricing Attachment, Exhibit B.
Pricing Sheet. The Pricing Sheet is hereby incorporated by reference into this Contract. Seller will invoice Buyer in accordance with the terms of the Pricing Sheet, Payment Schedule and the Contract. The Pricing Sheet together with this Contract shall constitute the complete agreement regarding the purchase of the Wet Combinatorial R&D Platform.
2.6.1. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing contained in any invoice shall in any way modify the terms and conditions of this Contract, or add any additional terms or conditions.
2.6.2. The Pricing Sheet shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Pricing Sheet and the terms of this Contract, the terms of this Contract shall control.

Pricing Sheet. The Countywide Election System pricing sheet is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the corpus and this contract and Exhibit A, the corpus of this contract shall control.
Pricing Sheet. The Offeror’s proposal shall include a completed pricing. The Offeror shall ensure mathematical computations are correct. Errors in addition or multiplication may be considered a reason to remove the Offeror’s proposal from the competition.
(a) Offerors shall propose on all contract line items, either by price or “NSP” (Not Separately Priced). A line item price left blank will be considered an incomplete proposal and may be considered a reason to remove the Offeror’s proposal from the competition.
(b) Offerors’ proposals shall remain valid for a minimum of 90 days from the date of submission.
