Common use of Pricing Sheet Clause in Contracts

Pricing Sheet. The Pricing Sheet is hereby incorporated by reference into this Contract. Seller will invoice Buyer in accordance with the terms of the Pricing Sheet, Payment Schedule and the Contract. The Pricing Sheet together with this Contract shall constitute the complete agreement regarding the purchase of the Wet Combinatorial R&D Platform. 2.6.1. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing contained in any invoice shall in any way modify the terms and conditions of this Contract, or add any additional terms or conditions. 2.6.2. The Pricing Sheet shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Pricing Sheet and the terms of this Contract, the terms of this Contract shall control.
