Common use of Prima Facie Evidence Clause in Contracts

Prima Facie Evidence. In any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with any Finance Document, the entries made in the accounts maintained pursuant to Clause 29.2 (Evidence of Debt) and Clause 29.3 (Control Accounts) shall be prima facie evidence of the existence and amounts of the specified obligations of the Borrower.

Prima Facie Evidence. In any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with any Finance Documentthis Agreement, the entries made in the accounts maintained pursuant to Clause 29.2 27.3 (Evidence of Debt) and Clause 29.3 27.4 (Control Accounts) shall be prima facie evidence of the existence and amounts of the specified obligations of the Borrower.

In any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with any Finance Documentthe Loan Facility Agreement, the entries made in the accounts maintained pursuant to Clause 29.2 25.1 (Evidence of Debt) and Clause 29.3 (Control Accounts) shall be prima facie evidence of the existence and amounts of the specified obligations of the Group Borrower.
