Primary Approvals Sample Clauses

Primary Approvals. The Primary Approvals shall have been obtained and shall remain in full force and effect and all statutory waiting periods in respect thereof shall have expired, provided that the party asserting the failure of the condition set forth in this Section 8.1(d) shall have taken any and all actions that such party is required to take under Section 7.4(b).
