Common use of Primary Depositary and Operating Accounts Clause in Contracts

Primary Depositary and Operating Accounts. At all times beginning on or after the date which is sixty days after the Closing Date (which period may be extended by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion) each Credit Party will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, maintain its primary depositary and operating accounts relating to the North American operations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with Regions Bank.
